As part of Royal Mail's drive to make mail more sustainable, they have introduced Responsible Mail - a carbon neutral mailing solution for business users.

Responsible Mail is a scheme that allows customers to display the specially designed Carbon Neutral logo on their mailings. The logo is an endorsement that Royal Mail's environmental recommendations have been met and that the mailed item is carbon neutral.

These recommendations assist companies in targeting their mailings more effectively right through to recycling them at the end of their lifespan.
